CEmpA Receives RRP Support for Digital Transformation

The Azores Business Center (CEmpA) has taken another significant step in its digital transformation journey, with an innovative project that aims to boost competitiveness and optimize the customer experience. With a total investment of €21,550.56, the project has received 70% support through the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).
Aligned with Notice No. 03/C16-i05-RAA/2024, the CEmpA project aims to implement cutting-edge technological solutions that will not only improve internal processes, but also increase CEmpA's visibility and solidify its role as a benchmark in supporting entrepreneurship in the region.
In an era where digitalization has become imperative, CEmpA recognizes the importance of staying at the forefront of innovation. This strategic investment will allow the Azores Business Center not only to face market challenges with confidence, but also to guarantee its long-term sustainability, offering services adapted to the highest standards of excellence.

CEmpA Receives Five Star Region Brand Award for the Second Consecutive Year

CEmpA Centro Empresarial dos Açores has been distinguished as a Five Star Region Brand – Azores for the second consecutive year. The award was presented at the 7th edition of the Five Star Region Awards, which recognizes regional brands that demonstrate excellence and high levels of overall consumer satisfaction.
The Five Star Region Awards is an evaluation system that measures the degree of satisfaction that products or services provide to their users. The evaluation criteria are based on the five main variables that influence consumers in their purchase/consumption decisions.
CEmpA received the 2024 Five Star Region Award in the Business Centers category, with an overall satisfaction level of 8.19/10. To quantify the overall satisfaction level, three focus groups were conducted, a satisfaction survey of 30 of the brand's customers, and a market study of the brand in the aforementioned category, involving a total of 1,008 consumers.

CEmpA awarded as a Five Star Brand Regions 2023 – Azores

The Five Star Regions Award has just announced the winners of its 6th edition, with the aim of evaluating and recognizing the best that is done in the country. This award is the responsibility of Five Stars Consulting and rewards regional icons, such as beaches, villages and towns, monuments or traditional cuisine, as well as analyse regional brands and reward those that stand out for their quality.
n this context, CEmpA Centro Empresarial dos Açores was distinguished with the 2023 Five Star Regions Award, in the Business Centers category, with an overall satisfaction level of 8.46/10. It should be noted that this is the first time that the Business Centers category has been distinguished in the Azores region. To quantify the level of overall satisfaction, 3 focus groups were carried out, a satisfaction survey was carried out among 24 customers of the brand and a market study of the brand in the aforementioned category, with a total of 720 consumers involved.
