The Five Star Regions Award has just announced the winners of its 6th edition, with the aim of evaluating and recognizing the best that is done in the country. This award is the responsibility of Five Stars Consulting and rewards regional icons, such as beaches, villages and towns, monuments or traditional cuisine, as well as analyse regional brands and reward those that stand out for their quality.
n this context, CEmpA Centro Empresarial dos Açores was distinguished with the 2023 Five Star Regions Award, in the Business Centers category, with an overall satisfaction level of 8.46/10. It should be noted that this is the first time that the Business Centers category has been distinguished in the Azores region. To quantify the level of overall satisfaction, 3 focus groups were carried out, a satisfaction survey was carried out among 24 customers of the brand and a market study of the brand in the aforementioned category, with a total of 720 consumers involved.
For the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Júlia Sousa Pedro Medeiros, “the distinction of CEmpA with the Five Star Brtand Regions 2023 is the recognition of the work of this Business Centre, not only of those who have the responsible for managing it, but also of all those who make it a reference in the Azores on a daily basis”. The CEO of CEmpA also referred that “CEmpA is a consolidated project, however in continuous evolution, having given several signs of its sustainability and relevance over the years” and continued ensuring that CEmpA “intends to continue to assert itself as the true home of entrepreneurship welcoming more and more entrepreneurs and companies, developing their business ideas and continuously seeking to strengthen their institutional partnerships”.
CEmpA Centro Empresarial dos Açores, S.U., Lda., has been dedicated, since 2014, to the promotion of entrepreneurship and business activity in the Azores, currently having 30 companies/entities headquartered, on a permanent basis, according to different types of spaces business.
In addition to this distinction, CEmpA had already been awarded with the Excellence Prize awarded by the Audiencia newspaper, with the “Energy Efficiency – Azores” Prize, by the Regional Directorate of Energy, as well as with the distinction Empresa Digital Açores, awarded by the Regional Government of the Azores , in the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The Five Star Awards are the result of an evaluation system that measures the degree of satisfaction that products, services or brands give users, using the five main variables that influence consumers in their purchase/consumption decisions as evaluation criteria. The Five Star Regions Award applies to products and services with a regional presence, intending to enhance the impact that companies reveal in promoting our country at an economic and social level, in addition to the rich heritage that characterizes and values ​​our country in an equally tourism, region by region.
