CEmpA Centro Empresarial dos Açores has been distinguished as a Five Star Region Brand – Azores for the second consecutive year. The award was presented at the 7th edition of the Five Star Region Awards, which recognizes regional brands that demonstrate excellence and high levels of overall consumer satisfaction.
The Five Star Region Awards is an evaluation system that measures the degree of satisfaction that products or services provide to their users. The evaluation criteria are based on the five main variables that influence consumers in their purchase/consumption decisions.
CEmpA received the 2024 Five Star Region Award in the Business Centers category, with an overall satisfaction level of 8.19/10. To quantify the overall satisfaction level, three focus groups were conducted, a satisfaction survey of 30 of the brand’s customers, and a market study of the brand in the aforementioned category, involving a total of 1,008 consumers.
